Standard Requests: Support includes routine updates, optimizations, bug fixes, and minor adjustments related to your website’s content and functionality.

Cap on Edits: You are entitled to 2 edits per month, which may include:

Content Edits: Updating or editing up to 2-3 pages of existing text (e.g., blog posts, product descriptions, service pages).
Image Replacements/Optimizations: Swapping or resizing images for up to 5 sections or pages.
Text Formatting: Adjustments to font, color, size, or basic layout within the existing page structure.
Navigation Changes: Modifying or adding links, buttons, or basic navigational elements within the current structure.
SEO & Meta Tag Adjustments: Updating SEO titles, descriptions, and image alt text to keep your content optimized for search engines.

Major Changes: Larger tasks (such as complete redesigns, complex customizations, or new feature additions) are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional fees.
